Stay organised automatically with Rules
Use rules in Outlook to automatically clean up your inbox, categorise emails and events that have a particular heading or delegate by forwarding on.
Select the Home tab.
Select Rules in the Move group.
If you 1st select an email you can select Create rule to attach a rule to that sender.
Or select Manage rules to create a new rule.
Select Add new rule.
Enter the rule’s criteria. For example.
