Stay organised automatically with Rules

Use rules in Outlook to automatically clean up your inbox, categorise emails and events that have a particular heading or delegate by forwarding on.

  1. Select the Home tab.

  2. Select Rules in the Move group.

  3. If you 1st select an email you can select Create rule to attach a rule to that sender.

  4. Or select Manage rules to create a new rule.

  5. Select Add new rule.

  6. Enter the rule’s criteria. For example.
