Emotional Intelligence (EQ) training for school staff and students
NESA NSW Education Standards Authority accredited course.

Either online or face to face training for primary and secondary schools to help teachers, students and parents build emotional intelligence skills. Outcomes include students and staff being able to manage their emotions more positively in and out of the classroom plus have the tools and skills to recover mentally and emotionally from negative experiences. Adapted for schools from the Emotional Assertiveness® program.

Training Lab is running this program for primary and secondary schools around Australia and now in other parts of the world. The program is available for public, private and independent schools and communities especially impacted by disasters of drought, fire, floods and Coronavirus or for schools who want to improve their students’ and staff resilience and Emotional Assertiveness skills.

Structure of the course:
For primary and secondary schools: Blended training available either all via Zoom or face to face, or a blend of Zoom and face to face training on the school campus. The program is designed as a whole school training specifically for the executive, all teachers and students with a Zoom lesson included for parents.
